Creating a community is as simple as registering an account with twitter, and creating the network of your choice. From there, you are going to get followers that are interested in what you have made a network about, and will be able to discuss ideas with each other in the community. You can also set restrictions on who can join your community. You can set the settings to allow only those who have a positive frame of mind in your community, and will only put input that is going to be positive or neutral in what they place on the community board.

So, when creating your community, the first thing you want to consider, is to create a community where you are going to have a niche group, where you will get the most followers for the community’s structural base.
